As many of you know, I am also a contributing columnist for the Detroit Free Press, and I will have three articles published on Tuesday and Wednesday. I literally got only about 2 hours of sleep Tuesday night.
On Friday, I will publish a special edition here on “We Are Speaking” that will analyze the entirety of Tuesday’s BLUE WAVE!!
Of course, the best race result for me was for Michigan Senator-elect Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, who beat his opponent and more than $70M spent against him, 52%-46%!
We now have a Democratic trifecta (again) in Michigan, and a big Blue Wave nationwide, taking back the Democratic majority in the House (250) AND in the Senate (54)! So far…
The first Muslim Senator is named Abdul, and the first Black woman governor is named Keisha!
